When others around you have done well be sure to share in their Joy. Congratulate them and let them know that you are proud of them. Be genuinely happy for what they have accomplished.

I strongly believe that when you are blessed with a talent that it’s for you to use it to help others. Show your gratitude by sharing your talents with those around you. It could be just to offer assistance to someone who is having a problem or conduct classes to disseminate the knowledge of how to do something. Never be afraid to use and share the talents you have been gifted with.
10. Perform random acts of kindness
Take some time to perform a random act of kindness. You can do this at home at your workplace or anywhere else that you spend time. Show your gratitude by buying lunch for one of your co-workers or paying for an item for the person standing in the line behind you. Randomly gift little tokens to different persons that you come across on a regular basis.
